   • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

   • Certain items (e.g., intimate apparel, personalized goods, clearance items) are non-refundable.

   • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
